Report Maintenance Issues

Maintenance issues must be reported using one of the following methods.

Please Note: Issues raised on Facebook or other social media will not be recorded or actioned.

On-site Caretaker

You can report any local site issues to our on-site Caretaker. They can be reached at the caretakers’ office in the foyer or by mobile:

Using this number, the on-site caretaker is contactable via:

  • Phone
  • Text message (SMS)
  • WhatsApp Messenger

If you’re on a mobile device, you can access Fixflow via the urbanbubble app on the App Store and Google Play:

If you’re on a PC or laptop you can still report maintenance issues through Fixflow:

You’ll first need to sign up and verify your identity, but once you’re logged in you’ll be able to report any maintenance issues.
