No smoking in this building. This includes the gardens, the walkways, the foyer and all residential areas.

The Sorting House is a
No Smoking Building

Smoking is not permitted in any of the shared residential areas, such as:

  • All walkways
  • All corridors
  • All decking areas
  • All steps
  • The entire garden area
  • All pavement
  • The entire car park
  • Both lifts
  • The whole of the entrance & foyer

This is a requirement of the lease and the local fire safety officers

Failure to obey this policy can lead to eviction
